The Challenge:
Twelve friends have decided to challenge themselves and each other to set a 10 month painting and modeling goal.  Goals vary from complete space marine battle companies, to a few competition quality models, to trying some new techniques.  This page showcases the results after 1 month (though some started in August).  Three  of us are not ready to share pics yet, but they will come in a future update.

Dutchess: Bretonnians


            Hammer: Company of Ultramarines

            Hammer is just about done his first squad, but for now we have the following WIPS to tide us over.

                  J: Beastmen

                  J has set some crazy goals of finishing a whole Beastman army and also two 40K armies.  Here are his WIP Beasts.

                      Lord Artex: Witch Hunters/IG

                      Artex gets our award for being the most ahead of schedule.  He has been eating up all the painting tips anyone can dish out and producing a heap of models.

                                  Grey Death: Marines

                                  Grey Death is re-working his army with an new 1000 point addition in a revised scheme.  As you can see, there has been considerable progress.

                                        Gurkmannen: Chaos

                                        Gurk is working on custom Obliterators based on a "symphony of destruction" theme to match his Noise Marines.  These are his WIP drummer, organ and singer.    

                                              Migsula: TWAR

                                              You know these guys!  A whole "counts as" army using Tyranid rules is on it's way.

                                                    Northen: Bretonnians
                                                    Northen experimented with the glow effect with his damsels and has finished up the command group for his first unit of Knights of the Realm.  The rest are well underway.

                                                                Scarab: Scarab Eldar

                                                                Scarab is adding about 1500 points to his Eldar army and completely reworking it.  Done so far is this Fire Prism.
